With your Support, Emilia Cortez as your Yuma County Recorder will:

• Protect Taxpayers

Emilia is dedicated to enhancing customer service and modernizing the county's role in documenting real estate transactions and other essential records. Her focus is to safeguard the integrity of property records and to protect Yuma County taxpayers.

• Safe and Secure Elections

Emilia is committed to election integrity by restoring the public’s trust in our voter registration records and early voting.  She will prioritize community engagement and create an advisory board with Republicans, Democrats, and Independents to advise her office on voter outreach programs and early voting opportunities.

• Public Service

Emilia has consistently pursued a path of public service, aiming to strengthen the community and encourage unity through collaboration.  She will lead county efforts to increase civic engagement and the importance of voting, service on boards and commissions, and how to run for public office.
